Street Meat

Food vendors in Buffalo who set up grill carts and offer up "Street Meat" have to be licensed by the city, and they are licensed for specific locations. Many are seasonal, for obvious reasons. Vendors in the downtown district are further restricted, licensed, and taxed by the Buffalo Place Inc vending board.
